How does this course work?
This course is done in 2 parts.

 Number 1

You will have access to our online masterclass course. There is a lot of information needed to do coffee and in the past we have found that most of it gets lost after you learn it on the night. We have made available a large amount of our teaching online and you will have access to it for 12 months to ensure you absorb all the information we can give you.

 Number 2

You will attend our in house Essentials Course at our Labrador Gold Coast Cafe & Roastery, where you will learn how to make coffee and operate in a cafe environment. (See full teaching list below).

As soon as you book in the course you will have immediate access to the online training and we’d ideally like you to have completed the first 3 sessions prior to the In house event. 

Don't delay! We pay the barista's in our stores between $700 - $1200 per week. This course is an incredible price, the longer you wait the more potential earnings you'll loose.
